This cake was for a wonderfully elegant 30th Birthday. The brief was chocolate... chocolate... with chocolate ganache! As it was quite a formal event, the cake needed to be a standout for the evening, however the birthday girl is a fun loving character, so we decided to steer away from fondant, plus we didn't want the cake to look like a wedding cake. The result was this beautiful two tiered chocolate mud cake which smelt delicious!!!
